Cancellation Policy

At Country Co., we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to provide clarity and ensure fairness to both parties.

1. Deposits:

A non refundable 30% deposit of the total amount quoted/invoiced is required to secure your booking. This deposit confirms your event date and guarantees our services.

2. Full Payment:

All invoices must be paid in full prior to the event start date. For events booked more than 3 weeks in advance, the remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before the event.

For bookings made within 3 weeks of the event date, full payment is required at the date of the booking to secure our services.

3. Confirmation of Numbers:

Final Guest numbers must be confirmed at least 14 days prior to the event date, unless otherwise arranged in writing. This confirmed number will be the minimum number of guests charged.

4. Cancellations.

As a small business, we take priority in all of our event bookings in the calendar and this often means that we may turn away other business to fulfil an event we have booked in, regardless of the other event size. Significant time goes into planning your events to ensure all of your food is prepared to a high quality and delivered on time to your event. Resources may be purchased ahead of time and extra staffing arrangements made for larger events. The 30% acts as a financial commitment to your booking so that we can prioritise and guarantee your position within our calendar. These deposits are then unable to be returned upon cancellation of your event. For events cancelled within 14 days of your event, the invoice will be charged at 60% of your total agreed quote/invoice amount.

5. Changes to bookings:

Any changes to your booking, including guest numbers, menu selections or event details, must be communicated as soon as possible. We will do our best to accomodate changes, but any changes made less than 14 days before the event may incur additional charges or are not guaranteed.

6 .Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, e.g. natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, Country Co. reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your event. In such cases, we will work with you to find a stuiable alternative date. The non-refundable deposite may be applied to a future booking at our discretion. This policy does not include change of mind cancellations.

By conforming your booking with Country Co., you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this cancellation policy.
